Té negro Kaproret (Kenia)

Té negro de aroma fresco e intenso. Una de las pocas plantaciones de Kenia que aún produce té en hojas enteras. Los tés ortodoxos de África son hoy en día rarezas absolutas. En la actualidad, las calidades CTC dominan el negocio de la exportación y sólo las plantaciones de las tierras altas de Kaproret, Saramek y Chemase siguen cultivando cruces de arbustos chinos. Debido a las llamativas puntas de las hojas de color marrón dorado, el brillante color naranja de la taza y el fuerte aroma ligeramente floral, a menudo se confunden con los tés Yunnan.

Currently, CTC qualities dominate the export business, and only the plantations in the highlands of Kaproret, Saramek, and Chemase continue to grow Chinese bush crosses. Due to the striking brown-golden tips of the leaves, the bright orange color of the cup, and the strong slightly floral aroma, it is often confused with Yunnan teas.
