Intense long-string Chinese black tea, roasted and smoked with pine wood. When picking this tea, it is not the youngest leaves that are taken, but the Souchong leaf, which is the oldest and largest leaf at the bottom of the tea bush. After oxidation, these leaves are placed in hot iron pans and roasted for a short period of time before going through a smoking process over resin-rich exotic woods.
