   What products can I return?

Returns of food products are not accepted.

Our products of ecological origin and organic production will carry a label that indicates it (BIO, Organic, Fairtrade, ECO, etc.). This is the case of our chocolates, our honeys, our organic yerba mate, and a large part of our products. 
ICE CREAM (summer season):

 

We inform our customers that in this establishment we use milk, eggs, peanuts, sesame, nuts, gluten and soy. Therefore, depending on the degree of allergy, we cannot guarantee the total absence of these allergens in ice cream. We always advise you to ask our staff for information. 
 

Above all, we cannot guarantee the total absence of: dairy products and nuts. 
 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Sugar-free ice creams (low glycemic index) are formulated for diabetics, therefore they contain sweeteners. Its excessive consumption can cause laxative effects.
